Please note that all items are handmade in my workshop in Poland and shipped from here.
My prices do not include any additional taxes or customs fees that may apply when your package enters your country. For more information, please check your local government's official website.
Chort’s Hoard operates from Poland. At checkout, you can choose between Poczta Polska or other carriers like UPS. When using Poczta Polska for international shipments, please note that once the parcel leaves Poland, it will be handled by your local postal service.
Therefore, Poczta Polska will no longer provide real-time updates. You can track your shipment through services like https://www.17track.net/en. Once the item has been shipped, Chort’s Hoard is no longer responsible for the order. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages that are confirmed as delivered.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact me at chortshoard@gmail.com before returning the item(s).
Returns
Dice are delicate. When returning, make sure they are undamaged and that all original packaging, such as logoed boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity, is included.
Once I receive the return, I’ll refund the original price of the item(s), minus shipping and taxes. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Any duties or taxes related to returns or exchanges are also the customer's responsibility.

If your dice have major faults or if something else isn’t right, feel free to contact me at chortshoard@gmail.com. Please note that mold marks, voids filled with UV resin, or minor scratches are natural and not considered manufacturing faults.
