Please be aware that all of my pieces are crafted by hand in my workshop located in Poland, and dispatched from the same country.

Please note that my prices do not cover any additional taxation or customs clearance fees that may apply upon the arrival of your package in your country. For further details, I advise consulting your local government's official website.
Chort’s Hoard operates from Poland. During the checkout process, you can choose between our local postal service, Poczta Polska, and other international carriers such as UPS. When opting for Poczta Polska for international deliveries, kindly note that once the parcel leaves Poland, it transitions to your country's postal service. Consequently, Poczta Polska no longer provides real-time updates like private carriers such as UPS. However, you may attempt to track your shipment using services like https://www.17track.net/en.
Once an item has been dispatched, Chort’s Hoard relinquishes responsibility for the order. Regrettably, I cannot offer refunds for packages lost during transit, nor can I replace or refund stolen packages or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Returns

If you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return your item(s) within 14 days, but before returning your item(s), please contact me at chortshoard@gmail.com.

Dice are delicate and fragile items, so please take care when initiating a return. Ensure that the dice remain undamaged and that all accompanying items, such as logoed boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity, are included in the return package. Upon receipt of the item(s), you'll receive a refund equivalent to the original purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes. Please remember that I do not cover shipping costs for returns. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return or exchange.

I'm here to assist with any concerns you may have. If your dice have major faults or if something else doesn't meet your expectations, don't hesitate to contact me via email at chortshoard@gmail.com. Please note that manufacturing faults do not include mold marks, voids filled with UV resin, or microscratches on faces, as these are natural effects of handmade items.
